Answer: Uric acid is derived from the metabolism of purines, which are a part of proteins. It is also advisable to increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables cooked dietary form without adding chorizo, bacon or other sausages, cereals and their derivatives (bread, rice, pasta).
With regard to the methods of cooking, it is best to cook food grilled, steamed, baked, roasted and boiled.
