4 – Herpes: A Syklvyr Khvray 400 mg 3 times daily for 7 days Bzay
5 – pelvic pain in women: Aspktynvmaysyn 2 g, single intramuscular dose + doxycycline 100 mg 2 times daily for 14 days + metronidazole 250 mg 3 times daily for 14 days
