Fatty Liver Remedy # 1: Eating soy lecithin as it helps expel bile through the liver to make it more smooth and efficient.

Fatty Liver Remedy # 2: Wash, peel and chop two black radishes and place in a blender. Add a glass of water. Blend for a few seconds and then strain. Take this juice every other day (a day every other).

Fatty Liver Remedy # 3: Pour two tablespoons of milk thistle in a cup of water that is boiling. Cover and let cool. Have a cup of this tea daily.

It is important to take action if you suffer from fatty liver, because, otherwise, may develop liver fibrosis (hardening of the body) and other internal disorders and even there is a high risk of cardiovascular problems.
